Placing Your Order

All orders for local pickup in Riverdale, UT on Thursdays need to be placed no later than the Tuesday before pick up day or else you will receive your order the following Thursday.

Orders need to be placed in advance because all cookies are made in small batches, fresh to order for optimal freshness & flavor.

Time: 6-7 pm (15 minutes grace period)

*If you arrive after 7:15 pm you forfeit your order without a refund

Delivery

We are not set up for nationwide shipping quite yet. If you are a business that needs local delivery in Northern UT or Central UT please send an email to cookieeclub@gmail.com so we can accommodate you. We can deliver for an extra fee.

Refund Policy

All orders are non refundable because our items are perishable. We bake each cookie fresh to order. Once your payment has been processed we will not be able to refund you.

Storing Your Leftover Cookies

Our cookies have zero artificial preservatives. So if you can’t eat all the cookies you ordered just place them in a freezer friendly ziplock bag. Try to suck out as much air as possible from the bag for optimal freshness. This will preserve your cookies for up to 1 month. When you are ready to eat one, simply remove the cookie from the freezer at place it on a plate at room temperature for a few hours. The cookie will be soft and fresh as if it were just baked. If you like your cookie warm, place it in the microwave on a plate or paper towel for 5-10 seconds.
