Placing Your Order
All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after purchasing. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday unless that Monday is a Nationwide holiday. If an order is placed around a nationwide holiday, the order will be shipped out at the earliest date possible after the holiday. We use Fedex 2 day priority shipping to process all shipping orders to ensure your perishable items purchased will arrive at your doorstep as fresh and fast as possible.
Refund Policy
Orders are non refundable because our items are perishable. We bake each cookie fresh, and then flash freeze before shipping so every cookie arrives at your doorstep as if it was freshly baked. Once your payment has been processed we will not be able to refund you. If you have any trouble with your cookies not arriving please use your tracking number to call Fedex. They will be able to assist you with your package problems and might be able to offer you a refund. When an order leaves our hands there’s nothing we can do.
Product Info
All cookies are handmade in a home kitchen that may have contact with known food allergens including but not limited to: Dairy, Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sesame, Fish and Shellfish. Please refer to our flavors page for detailed ingredient lists of each cookie sold. We pride ourselves in being transparent with our customers.
We take extra precaution to limit cross contamination by cleaning in between each batch of cookie dough and cookies baked. However cross contamination can still occur. So if you are severely allergic to any or all allergens proceed ordering with caution. Once an item is purchased we cannot refund. And are not held liable for any foodborne illness or other illness and or reactions from consuming our product.
Consumer Agreement
Cookies are baked in a home kitchen and are only allowed for personal consumption and not for resale. Cookies shipped outside of UT are processed and prepared without state or local inspection.
Storing Method
Because our cookies are baked to order, and contain zero preservatives, please eat them within 2 days after receiving. For any cookie un eaten within that time frame we recommend freezing. Cookies frozen will last up to 1 month for optimal freshness. To unthaw, simply place the cookie at room temperature for a few hours, or microwave for 10-20 seconds. The cookie will taste like it was freshly baked!
Bulk Orders & Catering
If you need more than 24 cookies or smaller 2 oz cookies for an event please email cookieeclub@gmail.com with detailed information about what you would like to order so we can give you a quote right away.
Answer the following questions in an email:
- How many cookies do you need?
- What date and time do you need your order by?
- What cookie flavors would you like? Choose up to 3 cookie flavors.
- What size of cookies do you want? 2 oz catering size or 4 oz large?
- What event are the cookies for? A wedding, personal party, business event, ect.
- Is delivery or shipping needed?
- Do you want custom labels for the cookies? Example: Stickers with personal message, business logo, etc that will be placed on the cookie sleeve.
