Local Pick Up
Local pick up orders are available for pick up on Tuesday evenings between 5-7pm mountain standard time at the Cookiee Club Home Kitchen. Address 3831 River Valley Dr Ogden UT, 84405. Come up to the door, knock and I’ll be right there to give you your order.
Please note that if you place and order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday before Tuesdays pick up your order will not be processed until the following Tuesday the next week. All cookies are baked fresh to order and take 2 days to prepare.
Shipping Information
Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped on Tuesdays. Please keep in mind if you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or Monday your cookies will not be shipped until the following Tuesday the next week. Every cookie is baked fresh to order and takes 2 days to prepare. Freshness and quality are our highest priority.
We use priority shipping and orders normally take 1-3 business days to arrive. We want your cookies to be delivered fast so they stay as fresh as possible. We also provided cushioned packaging to help prevent the soft cookies from breaking during shipping and handling.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed especially during the holiday seasons. Once your order is dropped off to Fedex or USPS it’s out of our hands if anything goes wrong. Please inform us if you have any issues but your best option is to contact the shipper directly. We will provide you with a tracking number via email after a label has been created. Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee or replace items once they have been shipped. Please freeze your items as soon as they arrive to maintain optimal freshness.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final. We bake each cookie to order to ensure it tastes oven-fresh upon arrival.
Once your payment is processed, we are unable to offer refunds.
If your package is delayed or lost if you chose shipping please contact FedEx or USPS directly using your tracking number. While we cannot issue a refund or replacement once your order has shipped, the shipping supplier may be able to assist you.

Our cookies are handmade in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to:
Dairy, Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sesame, Fish, and Shellfish.
For detailed ingredient lists, please visit our Flavors Page. We are committed to transparency and take every precaution to reduce cross-contamination by cleaning thoroughly between each batch.
However, cross-contamination is still possible. If you have a severe allergy, please proceed with caution.
We cannot offer refunds or accept liability for any allergic or adverse reactions to our products.
Consumer Agreement
Our cookies are baked in a home kitchen and intended for personal consumption only—not for resale.
Orders shipped outside of Utah are prepared without state or local health department inspection.
Storing Instructions
Our cookies contain no preservatives and are best enjoyed within 2 days of arrival but can last up to 7 days in their cookie sleeve.
If you don’t eat them right away, we recommend freezing them for up to 1 month to preserve freshness.
To enjoy: Let thaw at room temperature for a few hours. This method is best. Or microwave for 10–20 seconds for that fresh-baked taste!
