Our operating hours are Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm. If you contact us over the weekend or on a holiday we will try and respond the following business day.

Cookie mixes are typically ready within 24 hours of ordering.

Shipping – Cookie Mixes
Cookie mixes are typically ready within 24 hours of ordering.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location
- Orders are shipped via standard carriers (USPS/UPS/FEDEX)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Since our mixes are shelf-stable, they travel well and are perfect for gifting or stocking up!
Freshly Baked Cookies – Local Pickup

When you arrive, please come to the door and knock—I’ll bring your order right out!
We bake cookies once a week, so every order is as fresh as possible.

Email us at cookieeclub@gmail.com or leave a note with your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Ordering Note:
Orders placed on Monday (before Tuesday pickup) will be scheduled for the following Tuesday, since all cookies are made fresh and require 2 days to prepare. We chill our dough for 24hrs and bake in small batches. It takes time but is well worth the results.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and mixes, all sales are final. Once your payment is processed, we are unable to offer refunds.
If your package is delayed or lost if you chose shipping please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. Although we cannot issue a refund or replacement once your order has shipped, the shipping supplier may be able to assist you.
Product Information
Our cookies and mixes are handmade in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to:
Dairy, Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Sesame, Fish, and Shellfish.
For detailed ingredient lists, please visit our Flavors Page. We are committed to transparency and take every precaution to reduce cross-contamination by cleaning thoroughly between each batch. However, cross-contamination is still possible. If you have a severe allergy, please proceed with caution. We cannot offer refunds and are not liable for any allergic response or adverse reactions to our products.
Consumer Agreement
Our cookie mixes are prepared in a home kitchen and intended for personal consumption only—not for resale.
Orders shipped outside of Utah are prepared without state or local health department inspection.
If you receive our cookie mixes as a gift our terms and agreement still apply because someone else agreed to the terms stated on your behalf before purchasing.
Storing Instructions
Cookie Mixes – our cookie mixes have a shelf life of one year. Store in a dry, cool place for best results.
Freshly Baked Cookies – our fresh cookies contain no preservatives and are best enjoyed within 2 days after receiving. However the cookies can last up to 7 days in their cookie sleeve. If you don’t eat them right away, we recommend freezing them for up to 1 month to preserve freshness. To enjoy let the cookie thaw at room temperature for a few hours. This method is best. Then you can microwave for 10 seconds for that fresh-baked taste!
