Waffle Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

About this recipe

My inspiration for this recipe is from my latest trip to Santa Monica, CA. My husband and I stayed on Ocean Ave right by the pier with a little cafe around the corner from us called Dogtown Cofee. We ordered the breakfast sando on a croissant and it was heaven! We got one to share as a late breakfast at the beach along with a watermelon rose and wish we would have gotten two. So that is how this recipe was born. By trying to recreate Dogtown Coffee’s exceptionally yummy breakfast sandwich at home. Now I can eat one whenever I want!
