Method
- In a blender add milk, water, protein powder, yogurt, greens powder, frozen bananas, frozen berries, mangos and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 (8oz) cups or 2 (16 oz) cups.
- Serve with a glass or stainless-steel straw.
- Enjoy!
- Recipe can be split in half for one serving.
Notes
*The frozen fruit can be swapped for fresh fruit but make sure to add a few handfuls of ice to get a creamy texture. Without the ice the smoothie will not be as thick. It will be more runny.
