Start by adding the yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder and milk to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
Taste the chocolate protein mouse and decide if you would like it to be sweeter. If you want it sweeter add 1-3 teaspoons of pure maple syrup and vanilla extract to taste. Then mix until smooth.
In a blender or mini food processor add 1-2 cups of brownie thins and pulse until crumbly.
Grab 4, 6 oz plastic cups and start layering the protein dessert.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs into the bottom of each cup.
Then with a cookie scoop, scoop a dollop of chocolate protein mouse into each cup and smooth out with a spoon.
Add another layer of cookie crumbs.
Add another layer of chocolate protein mousse.
Then add one more layer of cookie crumbs and top each cup with gummy worms.
Serve and eat right away or use lids to store the parfaits in the fridge for up to a week.
